Photos: Raleigh St. Patrick's Day Parade

RALEIGH - The 2007 O'Raleigh celebration for St. Patrick's Day started downtown with a huge parade with over 3,600 participants in the parade alone and around another 10,000 people watching from the streets and enjoying the exhibits and music in Moore Square Park.  The celebration was distinctly Irish with plenty of Irish floats, leprechauns, Irish music, bagpipes and drum corps, Irish dancers, and of course, even a couple of versions of St. Patrick himself.
