RALEIGH - A film crew from the infamous "Girls Gone Wild" DVD series visited Raleigh this weekend.
The large "Girls Gone Wild" bus emblazoned with the show's logo and name was seen parked on Friday night outside of The Office nightclub and disco.
The Office is located at the end of West Street in the Raleigh Warehouse District near the train station and is a large upscale club known for its large dance floors.
According to one source at the scene, the film crew was the "real deal" and was filming scenes for upcoming DVD's in town.
Although the "Girls Gone Wild" series has received a great deal of criticism and its share of lawsuits and even millions of dollars in fines from the federal government, the producers have reached a large audience.
Through late night infomercials and the Internet, the producers have sold millions of dollars worth of videos which show young women in various states of undress in nightclubs, on spreak break, and even inside of the company's bus.
Evidently, the show's presence was good for business at the Office nightclub, as a long line of people were waiting to get in the building, even early in the evening. ::
