::Raleigh Bar Shooting Leaves One Man Dead

RALEIGH - According to the Raleigh Police Department, a shooting on Monday left one man dead at a local nightclub and another one injured.
Raleigh Police spokesman Jim Sughrue said that shortly before 3am on Monday, Raleigh Police Department officers heard gunshots at the Black Tie nightclub located at 3201 New Bern Avenue.
"The officers responded to the rear of the club building, where they located two males who had been wounded by the gunfire," said Sughrue in press statemetns.
The two wounded men were taken to WakeMed Hospital, where one of shooting victims subsequrntly died, say police. Sughrue said that the the other was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said that the deceased individual has been identified as Tyrone Robert Covington , age 28, and the otjher man who sustained injuries in the shooting has been identified as Kurtis Michael Richard LeDuc, age 26.
Raleigh Police did not release a motive for the shooting but said that detectives are still conducting an investigation into the incident.
